What can I contact NiagaX about?

Can I WhatsApp instead of using the form?
Yes. Message 011-5864 5820 on WhatsApp, or email hello@niagax.my. The form on this page also sends to hello@niagax.my, and we reply to the email you give us.
Who do I contact about my personal data?
Email our Data Protection Officer at dpo@niagax.my to access, correct or ask about personal data under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and where it is hosted.
Can I try NiagaX before talking to anyone?
Yes. You can create a business on the free plan at app.niagax.my without speaking to us first. The pricing page shows what each plan unlocks, and you can contact us any time after you start.

Is there anything I should not send?
Do not send passwords or card numbers by form, email or WhatsApp. We never need them to answer a question about your account or plan.
