What the score measures
The questions look at how your business keeps records day to day, across six areas. The score is not about how much you sell. It is about whether the numbers and the work are written down somewhere you and your staff can find them.

How the score works
There are 10 questions, each with four answers. They move from memory or chat, to paper or a spreadsheet, to a separate app, to one shared system, and are worth 0, 3, 7 and 10 points.
Two questions about staff have an extra answer, "I have no staff". It leaves that question out, so working alone does not lower your score. Your score is your points as a share of the maximum for the questions you answered, out of 100.
Your weakest area is the one with the lowest average. If two areas tie, the first in this order is shown: Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Customers, Admin.
You see your score without giving any details. If you ask for the full report, we keep your email, your answers, your score and whether you want tips, to send the report and follow up. Google Analytics records when you start and finish, your score and weakest area, but not your email or your answer to each question.
What each result means
- 0 to 39
Most of the business still lives in your head.
Start with one habit. Write down every sale and every expense in one place for two weeks, even in a simple spreadsheet. That alone moves several answers up a level.
- 40 to 64
Some records are kept. Others slip through.
Look at your weakest area first. Pick the one record you keep chasing, like unpaid invoices or stock counts, and move it out of chat and memory into a shared file or tool.
- 65 to 84
You have the tools. They do not share the data.
List the apps you use and every place you retype the same data. Each number copied by hand is where mistakes and late reports come from.
- 85 to 100
Your records are in good shape.
Check that staff can find what they need without asking you, and that the month-end numbers really take minutes.
Common questions
Is the Business Health Score free?
Yes. It is free, and you can take it as many times as you like. You see your score, your result and your weakest area on screen without signing up.
Why would I give my email?
Only if you want the full report. It scores each of the six areas out of 10, explains why your weakest area matters, and gives you a 2-week plan you can start with a notebook or spreadsheet. We send it once. Tips and offers are a separate, unticked box.
What do you keep, and can I delete it?
If you do not ask for the report, nothing is saved apart from Google Analytics recording that you started and finished, your score and your weakest area. If you ask for the report, we keep your email, your answers, your score and your tips choice so we can send it and follow up. Email dpo@niagax.my or reply to the report to see or delete your data.
Is this financial or tax advice?
No. It is a quick self-check of how you keep business records. It is not financial, tax or accounting advice. For those, speak to a qualified accountant or tax adviser.
How is the score different from NiagaX?
