How AI agent staff work

Reviewed

AI agent staff sit inside a module, not in a separate chatbot. Each one reads the records in its module: Amir in Admin, Fayza in Finance, Aiman in Operations, Sufi in Sales, Hana in HR and Maya in Marketing.

Because they answer from your records, the answers get more useful as you keep those records up to date. An agent may ask a short question to clarify what you mean before it answers.

Basic includes Amir, Sufi and Fayza. Solo and above include all six, plus the Executive Boardroom, which pulls every module into a weekly briefing.

Credits come with your plan each month: 60 on Basic, 120 on Solo, 180 on Micro and 360 on Small. Monthly credits do not roll over.

Top-up packs are optional, and those credits do roll over.

When credits run out, the AI agent staff pause until the next month or a top-up. Invoices, records and every module keep working.

Agents draft and answer. You still send. Fayza drafts a payment reminder you send with the invoice link, and Maya drafts captions you post yourself.

Some examples of what you can ask: Fayza can tell you which invoices are still unpaid, Aiman what is low in stock, Hana who is off this week, and Amir when a licence expires.

Step by step

  1. Open the module your question belongs to, such as Finance for invoices or Operations for stock.
  2. Ask in plain words, for example "Which invoices are still unpaid?" or "What is low in stock?"
  3. If the agent asks what you mean, answer it. It then replies from the records in that module.
  4. Each ask uses credits from your monthly bundle.
  5. If the credits run out, buy a top-up pack or wait for next month's credits. Your records keep working in the meantime.
  6. Check the answer against your records before you act on it, especially before you send anything to a customer.

Questions

Which agents come with each plan?

Free has no AI agent staff. Basic includes Amir, Sufi and Fayza. Solo, Micro and Small include all six agents plus the Executive Boardroom.

How much does a credit top-up cost?

A 100-credit top-up is RM10, paid once. Top-up credits roll over to the next month. The monthly credits that come with your plan do not. Top-ups are optional: without one, the agents resume when next month's credits arrive.

Do the agents send messages or file anything for me?

No. They answer and draft, and you decide what to send. Sufi does not send messages through a messaging API, Maya is not an ads or blast product, Fayza is not an accountant or a tax-filing product, and Amir does not file SSM for you.

What is the Executive Boardroom?

On Solo and above, the Boardroom pulls all six modules into a weekly briefing. You can also ask it one strategy question, such as whether to run a Buy-1-Free-1 deal, and Finance, Operations, HR and Marketing each answer from their own records. Each ask uses credits. The Boardroom is not on Free or Basic.
