Free is how you begin. You land on the desk without a card and there is no time limit.
Included: Finance lite for income, invoices and payment tracking, up to 25 invoices a month, 50 saved customers and 200 MB of storage.
Not included: AI agent staff, and the Admin, Operations, HR and Marketing modules.
Expenses and the fuller ledger are not on Free either. They start on Basic, together with Fayza, the AI agent staff for Finance.
The mobile POS with receipts is also not on Free. It comes with the Sales module from Basic.
Upgrading keeps every record you made on Free. Basic adds Admin and Sales with three AI agents. Solo opens all six modules and all six agents.
If you want to try the full desk before paying, start the 30-day Solo trial instead. No card is needed for that either.
Free suits owners who mainly need to send invoices and track who has paid, with up to 50 regular customers. Once you need expenses, more customers or the AI agent staff, a paid plan is the next step.
Paid plans also raise the limits. Saved customers go from 50 on Free to 200 on Basic, 500 on Solo, 2,000 on Micro and 10,000 on Small. Storage goes from 200 MB to 1 GB on Basic, 5 GB on Solo, 15 GB on Micro and 40 GB on Small.
Step by step
- Sign up at app.niagax.my and choose Free. No card is needed.
- Save your customers and create invoices. Mark each invoice paid when the money comes in.
- Keep an eye on the limits: 25 invoices a month and 50 saved customers.
- When you need more, open Billing in the app and pick a paid plan.
- If another business owner gave you a referral code, enter it at checkout for 10% off your first payment.
- Carry on where you left off. Your Free records stay in place after the upgrade.
Questions
Is Free really free with no time limit?
Yes. Free is RM0 a month, needs no card and has no time limit. You only pay if you choose a paid plan, and the records you create on Free stay when you upgrade.
Does Free include AI agent staff?
No. Basic adds Amir, Sufi and Fayza with 60 credits a month. Solo and above include all six agents and the Executive Boardroom, with 120 credits a month on Solo, 180 on Micro and 360 on Small.
Can I record expenses on Free?
No. Free covers income, invoices and payment tracking. Expenses and the fuller ledger start on Basic at RM39 a month, which is the smallest paid plan that keeps costs next to your invoices.
How is Free different from the Solo trial?
Free has Finance lite and you can stay on it as long as you like. The Solo trial opens all six modules and all six agents for 30 days. After that, Solo is RM79 a month, or you switch to Free. If you leave, you have 60 days to export your data.
