Find your referral code in the NiagaX app under Billing, then Referrals.
Share the code with another business owner.
When they pay for a subscription using your code, you earn 30% commission on that paid subscription.
The business that uses your code gets 10% off their first payment.
Codes are entered at checkout on app.niagax.my. See Pricing for the plans they can choose.
Only paid subscriptions count. The paid plans are Basic at RM39 a month, Solo at RM79, Micro at RM169 and Small at RM299. Annual billing is also available, where they pay for 10 months and get 12.
Before you share, tell the other owner what NiagaX does and does not do. It keeps invoices, sales, expenses and customers in one place, with AI agent staff on paid plans. It does not submit e-Invoices to LHDN MyInvois and it does not file Form B.
Share with owners who would use NiagaX for their own business, such as a supplier, a customer who runs a shop, or a friend who freelances.
In short: Basic covers Admin, Sales and Finance with three AI agents. Solo opens all six modules and all six agents for one owner. Micro adds five seats for a small team, and Small has twelve. If they are unsure which fits, point them to Pricing or to Help me choose a plan during sign-up.

Step by step
- In the NiagaX app, open Billing, then Referrals, and copy your code.
- Send the code to the other business owner in writing, for example in a message or email, so they have it when they pay.
- They sign up at app.niagax.my with email or Google and choose a paid plan: Basic, Solo, Micro or Small.
- At checkout, they enter your code before paying.
- Their first payment is 10% off, and you earn 30% commission on that paid subscription.
Questions
Where do I find my referral code?
In the NiagaX app, under Billing, then Referrals. Copy it from there and send it in writing, so the other owner has it ready at checkout.
What does the other business get?
They get 10% off their first payment when they pay for a subscription with your code. The code is entered at checkout on app.niagax.my, so remind them to have it ready before they pay.
Do I earn anything if they stay on Free?
No. Commission is earned when a business pays for a subscription using your code. Free costs RM0, so there is no paid subscription to earn from. If they later move to a paid plan and pay with your code, that payment counts.
Can they try NiagaX before paying?
Yes. They can use Free with no time limit, or the 30-day Solo trial. Neither needs a card. The discount and your commission apply when they pay for a subscription with your code. Records they create on Free stay when they upgrade.
