Open the NiagaX sign-up page at app.niagax.my. You can sign up with email or Google.

Choose Free to start with invoices and payment tracking, or the 30-day Solo trial if you want all six modules and the AI agent staff from day one. Neither needs a card.

If you pick the Solo trial, the desk opens with all six modules: Admin, Finance, Operations, Sales, HR and Marketing.

Enter the business name as customers should see it. It appears on your invoices and receipts.

Pick the Malaysian state where you operate, then accept the terms and the PDPA notice to continue.

The PDPA notice explains how your data is handled. NiagaX is operated by Hivora Tech Solution under Malaysia's PDPA, and product data is hosted in Singapore.

You can change plan later from Billing in the app. Records you create on Free stay when you upgrade.

Before you start, have three things ready: an email address or a Google account, the business name as your customers know it, and the state where the business operates. Nothing else is needed to open the desk.

Step by step

  1. Go to app.niagax.my and sign up with your email or Google account.
  2. Choose Free or the 30-day Solo trial. Neither asks for a card.
  3. Type the business name exactly as it should appear on invoices and receipts.
  4. Select the Malaysian state where the business operates.
  5. Accept the terms and the PDPA notice.
  6. Add one real record from today, such as a customer or an invoice, so the desk shows your own numbers.

Questions

Do I need a card to sign up?

No. Free has no card and no time limit. The 30-day Solo trial does not ask for a card either. You only pay if you choose a paid plan from Billing in the app.

Should I pick Free or the Solo trial?

Free suits you if you only need invoices, income and payment tracking, with up to 25 invoices a month and 50 saved customers. The Solo trial opens all six modules, the Executive Boardroom and all six AI agent staff for 30 days, so it suits owners who want to see the full desk on their own records before deciding. Records you create on Free stay if you upgrade later.

What happens when the 30-day Solo trial ends?

You choose. Stay on Solo at RM79 a month, move to the Free plan, or leave. If you leave, you have 60 days to export your data. Solo has one seat, so the trial is for the owner to set things up.

Can I use NiagaX in Bahasa Malaysia?

Yes. The app works in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and these help pages are in both languages too. It runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer, and needs an internet connection.
