Which plan fits

Reviewed

Free (RM0): Finance lite with income, invoices and payment tracking. 25 invoices a month, 50 saved customers, no AI agent staff.

Basic (RM39 a month): Admin, Sales and Finance, with Amir, Sufi and Fayza as AI agent staff. 60 credits a month, 1 seat, 200 customers.

Solo (RM79 a month): all six modules, the Executive Boardroom and all six agents. 120 credits a month, 1 seat, 500 customers. Built for one owner, with a 30-day free trial.

Micro (RM169 a month): everything in Solo for a small team. 5 seats, 180 credits a month, 2,000 customers.

Small (RM299 a month): 12 seats, 360 credits a month and 10,000 customers for a growing team.

A simple rule: if you work alone, compare Basic and Solo. Once a second person needs to log in, look at Micro.

With annual billing you pay for 10 months and get 12. SST is confirmed at checkout.

Storage also grows with the plan: 200 MB on Free, 1 GB on Basic, 5 GB on Solo, 15 GB on Micro and 40 GB on Small. If you need more, extra storage is RM5 a month for 10 GB.

Step by step

  1. Count how many people need their own login. One person: Basic or Solo. Up to five: Micro. Up to twelve: Small. Extra seats are RM9 per seat a month.
  2. List the work you do every week. Invoices and payments only: Free. Admin, sales and finance: Basic. Stock, staff leave or marketing as well: Solo or above.
  3. Check how many customers you keep: 50 on Free, 200 on Basic, 500 on Solo, 2,000 on Micro and 10,000 on Small.
  4. Think about how often you will ask the AI agent staff. Monthly credits are 60, 120, 180 and 360 from Basic to Small, and a 100-credit top-up costs RM10.
  5. Still unsure? Try the 30-day Solo trial with no card. When it ends, stay on Solo at RM79 a month or switch to Free.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can change plan from Billing in the app. Records you create on Free stay when you upgrade.

What is the difference between Basic and Solo?

Basic has Admin, Sales and Finance, three AI agent staff (Amir, Sufi and Fayza), 60 credits a month, 1 GB storage and 200 customers. Solo has all six modules, the Executive Boardroom, all six agents, 120 credits a month, 5 GB storage and 500 customers. Both have one seat.

My staff need to log in. Which plan do I need?

Basic and Solo have one seat each. Micro has five seats and Small has twelve. If you need one or two more, extra staff seats are an add-on at RM9 per seat per month.

Is it cheaper to pay yearly?

Yes. With annual billing you pay for 10 months and get 12. See Pricing for the amount on each plan.
