Open the desk

Reviewed

After sign-up you land on the desk, the home screen that shows each module you have access to.

Start with one real record, not test data: a customer or an invoice. Real records make the totals and the AI answers useful from the first day.

On Free, Finance lite covers income, invoices and payment tracking, with up to 25 invoices a month and 50 saved customers.

From Basic, Finance also covers expenses and the fuller ledger, so costs sit next to the invoices you issue.

Paid plans add the other modules. Basic adds Admin and Sales. Solo and above add Operations, HR and Marketing, plus the Executive Boardroom.

Every module reads the same customer list, so a customer added in Sales is the same customer you invoice in Finance.

See Features for what each module does.

A good first week is small: one customer, one invoice, and that invoice marked paid when the money arrives. That is enough to see how the desk works with your own numbers.

On a paid plan, the AI agent staff answer from these same records, so a few real entries are enough to start asking questions.

There is no need to fill every module on day one. Start with the record that costs you the most time. The rest can wait.

Step by step

  1. Sign in at app.niagax.my and open the desk.
  2. Save one regular customer, someone you invoice or sell to often.
  3. Create an invoice for that customer for real work or a real sale.
  4. When the money comes in, mark the invoice paid so the list of who still owes stays accurate.
  5. On a paid plan, log this week's expenses too, so the month shows money in and money out.
  6. On a paid plan, ask Fayza in Finance a question about what you entered, such as which invoices are still unpaid.

Questions

Do I need to move my old records first?

No. Start with this week's sales or one open invoice, and add older records when you have time. You can keep an old spreadsheet for history and record new work in NiagaX from today.

How many invoices and customers can I keep on Free?

Free allows up to 25 invoices a month and 50 saved customers. Paid plans raise the customer limit to 200 on Basic, 500 on Solo, 2,000 on Micro and 10,000 on Small. If you also need expenses, Basic is RM39 a month.

Which AI agent helps with invoices?

Fayza, the AI agent staff in Finance, from the Basic plan. She flags unpaid invoices, spots duplicate expense lines, answers cash-flow questions and drafts a payment reminder you can send with the invoice link. Each ask uses credits. At zero credits she pauses, and invoices keep working.

Can I add records from my phone?

Yes. NiagaX runs in the browser, so you can create an invoice or mark one paid from a phone, tablet or computer. It needs an internet connection.
