Each enquiry becomes a lead on the pipeline instead of a name lost in chat. When the job is confirmed, the lead converts to a customer, and Sufi can list who still needs a follow-up. Each lead keeps what the enquiry was about, so the quote conversation does not restart from zero.
The mobile POS takes the sale at the counter on a phone or tablet, and the receipt can be sent or printed. At closing, the daily summary shows what sold and what is still open. Sufi can answer what sold today from the Sales records, not from memory.
Enquiries for weddings and events start as leads and convert to customers once the date is confirmed, in the same app as invoices in Finance. Sufi asks what the lead wanted before drafting the next follow-up, and the artist sends it herself. The pipeline shows which enquiries are still waiting for a reply.

No. Sales is not a messaging-API sender and does not blast messages. Sufi drafts the follow-up, and you send it yourself.
Saved customers depend on the plan: 200 on Basic, 500 on Solo, 2,000 on Micro and 10,000 on Small. Free keeps 50 customers, but Sales is not part of Free.
