How owners use Admin
A freelance designer
On Basic, the vault sits next to invoices, so contracts and registration documents live in the same app as billing. Client jobs move across the task board from To Do to Doing to Done, which is easier to check than a long chat.
A cafe with a small team
On Micro, the owner and staff share one task board for jobs like servicing the chiller or restocking packaging. Shop files sit where the team can open them, so nobody has to ask the owner for a copy of the licence.

Admin questions
Is Admin on the Free plan?
No. Free covers Finance lite only: income, invoices and payment tracking. Admin unlocks on Basic (RM39 a month) and is included on Solo, Micro and Small.
What does Amir do in Admin?
Amir is the AI agent staff in Admin. He answers questions from your vault, task board and compliance calendar, such as when a licence expires or what is still open this week, and drafts reminder wording for tasks you created. Each ask uses credits. At zero credits Amir pauses, and your files stay where they are.
Can my staff use the task board?
Basic and Solo each include one seat. Micro includes five seats and Small includes twelve, so staff can log in and work on the same board. Extra staff seats are an add-on at RM9 per seat per month.
How much can I store in the vault?
Storage depends on the plan: 1 GB on Basic, 5 GB on Solo, 15 GB on Micro and 40 GB on Small. An extra 10 GB of storage is an add-on at RM5 a month.
Does Admin renew my SSM or licence for me?
No. Admin keeps the documents and shows renewal dates on the compliance calendar. It is not a company-secretary service and does not file with SSM or any government agency. You still renew through the usual channel.
